You have to learn to be comfortable with your body. I don't like pooping either but I eat lots of fiber and it's a painless procedure. Squat on toilet, push just a bit, and 30 seconds later I wipe once to confirm it was nothing but net and go about my shower and other nightly hygiene care. When I feel the urge I fap and that's it. It feels kind of good, but it's just relieving a need like pissing or shitting. I go about 3x/wk now. It was twice a day at my peak. I never felt postfap guilt though. I don't know why but I never got hung over it. It's a useful sleep aid if nothing else.
