Can anyone help me make her face more conducive to the rest of her body? I tried my best but have failed over and over. I'll post two more photos besides this one if any are easier.

I'm not sure I helped. The face seemed overly contrasted, and the saturation was too high on the lips and eyes, but overall it was a pretty good shop. I also cleaned up the jaw, and hair line. Let me know if this is what you are after.
