Hey /r/, stupid thing to ask but, does anyone know this character's name? Did a reverse image search, but I am not familiar with this "let carded also" guess from reverse image search. There are some visually similar images for this character, but I can't identify who this character's name is. Does /r/ know a name, or does this character not have a name?

Pic related, Saucenao and Tineye had no results, only reverse image search had similar.

I did look from reverse search and saw a character from Hetalia look a bit close to him, but I didn't think it would be from Hetalia, since the character in the pic would be from more of a animation from here than from Hetalia.
