Hey! I've been needing some help, because I can't seem to get this picture to look right. Here's my dilemma.
I want to make the backround transparent, but also keep her dress intact. Can it be done?Probably not. If anyone can help, thank you so very much!

Should be easy by selecting the whole background color and then editing it in quick mask mode on Photoshop.
You should work with the original image for better results.
Something like this, but the edges are a little rough, so maybe someone has more time to do it right.
