So I got booted from YouNow because a girl said her next report

So I got booted from YouNow because a girl said her next report wold be from the pool. I said to wear a bikini, as in dont wear your clothing in the pool. Regardless how do you make another account? I tried everything but no dice!

Do the steps then make new account.
Preferrable with a new IP.
They don't ban IPs but they do flag IPs.
