Well, there's Berserk and Blade of the Immortal (of who the artist is the same as the one that drew the pic you posted, OP). Both are pretty awesome on the violence part, but not QUITE so much on the perverted/guro snuff aspect. Though they are actual non-hentai series, so I don't know if that's what you're asking specifically for.
