1. it's shit quality picture, there isn't any hidden data to pull out the detail that you can't already see.
2. there is no flash used, so you can't highlight any shadows or remove any exposed areas.
3. backlighting is the sun. the god damn mother fucking sun, the brightest thing that'll just underexpose anything else in front of it, let along anything hidden behind cloth.

what you're honestly looking for, is someone to provide you with a fake x-ray.
