Heres the pasta version, i might do an illustrated one sometime.
0, Decide how the characters will move.
1, Cut out the moving parts, put them on a separate layers
(in this case the head and the dick).
Highlight the layers with moving parts and put them in a group (optional)
2, Fill in the gaps in the background, use the stamp tool.
Apply gaussian blur to hide imperfections.
3, Open the Timeline (Window -> Timeline).
'Create Timeline' -> 'Convert to Frame'
4, Create a new frame and duplicate the moving parts.
- From here it's basically a stop motion animation. You move the parts a bit and
make a new frame. (I usually make six, but the more frames the
smoother the animation)
5, Set the looping to 'Forever' and the 'frame delay' as needed 0.1 is a good start.
(You might have to play around with it to get the right speed.)
6, Export by selecting 'Save for Web'
