basically its just levels, b&c, then curves, isolate only the nipple through masks on each, then i use a tablet and i sample skin color with color, hue, and overlay to flesh out the form of the breast underneath.
i use soft brush for everything and i never lasso. i hate the scrambled porn colors people typically spit out with an xray.
