If you don't know how to do this, learn snd stop asking. It's simple and takes like 2 minutes. Photoshoping is much more difficult. I've tried it and I'm awful. So don't waste everyone's time by asking for x rayed pics please.

you can do it on gimp
use scissoring tool
select area to xray
change levels to reveal nips
change color/saturation/hues to match skin color

use dodge/burn if necessary

Anon is right, just right click after you traced around an area and fuck with the cloring of said area. It's honestly very simple.
