get gimp. its free. use the scissors tool to select the article. then everything you want is in colors menu. play with brightness, contrast, levels, and then colorize it to skin tone. for even better results, but much more difficult, use the dodge/burn tool. these are all true xrays anon. watch for shadows and color changes in the original pic to see it all.
