Sure,
1, Cut out the moving parts, put them on a separate layers (in this case the head and the dick). Highlight the layers with moving parts and put them in a group (optional)
2, Fill in the gaps in the background, use the stamp tool. Apply gaussian blur to hide imperfections.
3, Open the Timeline (Window -> Timeline). 'Create Timeline' -> 'Convert to Frame'
4, Create a new frame and duplicate the moving parts.
- From here it's basically a stop motion animation. You move the parts a bit and
make a new frame. (I usually make six, but the more frames the
smoother the animation)
5, Set the looping to 'Forever' and the 'frame delay' to 0.1s
6, Export by selecting 'Save for Web'
