Friend asked me to remove the filter on a old picture she found. Is it possible to remove a filter like this without to much work? and if so, could one of you do it?

i know its not adult in nature but its an easy color correction so here ya go. this is as good as its gonna get. the image was pretty small.

for future reference, If you re run color levels, you can remove filters pretty effectively if you can pinpoint the colors compliment. this was an light orangeish-red
