You have photoshop right? I know its a stupid question but I have to ask. lol
first make new layer, select the snap bar with
marquee tool, paint the selection with white and go in blending options and set it overlay,
make copy of the new layer and reduce its opacity
until you are happy its color, then flatten image. and last clean the rest with smudge tool and /or healing tool.

big areas of solid color background, use healing tool..
small areas you can either draw over the line, as in recolor, healing tool with set it to replace or use smudge tool to shift the foreground color over the line and texts.

selected the entire area (box) below the white line, and copied it to a new layer
then moved that layer up 1 pixel
the rest is healing brush / clone stamp tool / smudge tool
