Yeah, pretty much like that. The girl and the dick are cut to different layers and the missing stuff gets filled in. Then I move them frame by frame. There's a tool called timeline in ps that let's you make animations.

I found that you will get the best results with the ones
like I just did, where the girl is shot from the front.
At least these are the easiest to animate and still look somewhat realistic.
