here's a tutorial. a lot of the time you can skip step #4 if there's already skin color showing. to make multiple layers for the nipples, use ctrl +c, ctrl + v

after you select something with lasso, marquee, or quick selection right click it, select feather (I usually set it to 4-6), then ctrl + c, ctrl + v
