I donwloaded GIMP now cause it looks like nobody can help me with my xrays.
So can someone at least explain a little bit what to do? I know i have to put on some filters and change the color but there are millions of options. Thanks alot!

Don't know how it is with GIMP, but with Photoshop I've learned thanks to this vid:

It's in German but you can learn easily. (I speak Spanish but I could undestand). You just have to follow what the guy does.

don't those portables come with some form of malware? Adobe offers CS2 for free on their website
