Can someone translate this old picture? Source seems to be a mother 3 picture, did a Tineye search but not sure what it means, and don't know if it's Ukrainian or some other language.

OP wasn't certain of what language it was in, I know it was in cyrillic letters, but I wasn't sure if it's Belorussian or Ukrainian.

Don't know if OP actually is attempting to act like Hitler, but it looks like it's Ukrainian, as I actually know Russian.
See that little symbol that looks like a "i" but has two dots instead of one above it? That's a Ukrainian letter.
