My problem is that the internet is college owned, they monitor everything.
I need a private connection for porn and torrenting (anime/films/games/software). And protection from monitoring.
Theres a stigma against rule 34 and loli, even if its legal, so i want to keep all my browsing and torrenting

Also, where the FUCK do i jerk off. Bathrooms are shared.

from my time up in canada with relatives I would go to a McDonald or a laundry mat that had free wifi. it may be out of the way but you gotta do what you have to to bust a nut. why not jerk off in the shower? its private and covers the fap noise or find an abandoned room with a lock.

You can buy a USB Mobile Broadband, but i don't think that is a good idea.
