Hey buddy, OP here.
I use several different techniques.
I use modified styles to bevel the glossy look and custom brushes to make the shapes outline.
Sometimes I use layers and a cumshot from a video or a high res photo and just match the skin pigmentation then use the patch healing and eraser to rid of the imperfections.

Gentlemen, you may begin requesting again. Try to aim for a decently lit photo with the resolution starting from 800x800 and upward. photos that are too huge such as 4K images do not do so well with the styles in photoshop.
