I need the girl in this picture to have lighter skin and blonder hair.

I'm doing it, here's a quick try on the chest and face. Tell me if you want anything changed about that skin I've done so far and I'll see if I can fix it.

On second thought, the eyes are slightly different shades of blue now that I look more closely. If it's not too much trouble that would be a nice touch.

No. The eyes look like a slightly different shade of blue to me.
My try on uncensoring. I'll leave a censured and an uncensured version when I'm done.

Nothing that can be easily fixed with photoshop. I'd like the ears to be longer but I'm just going to live with that I think.

The ears in the reference picture are really huge. If you just want the practice I'm not gonna say no to bigger ears, though.
