just select the area you want xrayed and play with the levels (ctrl+L) Image>Adjustment>Levels this wont work on most photos tho or reveal just a small amount then most shoppers just fake it and use things like the burn tool to make the area look darker or apply a high pass filter after the levels to enhance outlines then theres another method where you play with the curves instead of the levels which basically works the same way you just play with the settings until you get a desired effect just use google and find a video tutorial
