I'm trying to find a manga, I don't remember the plot, just some scenes.

There were some guys going to fight some other guys and they were recruiting people along the way.

So there was a guy who was scamming people by dodging a sword moving towards his neck at the very last second.
His ability was to move real fast.

Then that same guy got into a fight with one of the villains, and he won by taking a dump just so he could move a little bit faster.

I can't remember anything else.

I thought it was Stardust Crusaders but nay

I thought it was JoJo but it wasn't.
