Could anyone tell me what does this mean:

I've tried google translate but it only recognizes the first word.
I find that when using translators, the translator doesn't translate slang. It looks like russian to me, but Google sees it as Bulgarian. I'll reach out to some of my friends to see if any of them speak either and see if we can get a rough translation for the second word.

it is bulgarian, the girl who texted me that is from bulgaria, the first word came out as "friendly" but no clue as to what the second one means

Well you could ask her to translate to english, unfortunatly the one person i knew who spoke fluent bulgarian I no longer speak with.

i already have asked her, she just told me "good luck with finding out what it means". I figured out it was some kind of slang indeed. Anyway thanks for your help
