I've seen the ad OP is talking about. Some extra details:

-Ad redirects to Reality Kings, banner for scene is something like "She got caught spying on her stepdads friend!"
-The chick is leaning through a window getting spitroasted
-She's wearing grey yoga pants the entire time
-Based on a slightly different version of the ad on the RK site, the second dude could be Danny Mountain, but that hasn't led me anywhere.
