Need help finding a movie..
This is all I remember.
The moon as been colonized ( I think its the moon) and people living on earth are poor while the moon people are rich. One guy needs to go to the moon to get healed ( they have some machines that heal any injury / decease) so he goes illegally and has some robot arm thing on his back while the police has one too and they duke it out...
That's about it. any help?

And I don't know how accurate your fill test is. it took 15 seconds with Paint on my Win10 machine, but took less that a second in Paint Shop Pro on the same maching. I5 w 8Gb
