Gloryhole Swallow , It was released as a bonus video and not an official scene. The story goes that at least for the early scenes the site owner didn't know what the women looked like until they actually showed up. This girl is legally blind and the owner just said fuck it and filmed the scene. Because its so fucked up he never felt right about calling it an official update.
