i'm not quite sure i get the question.
Both x-ray and fakerays are possible.
The result will be fundamentally different : A fakeray is a transparent boob pic placed on top of the original pic (not real but looks good), an X-ray OCCASIONALLY will reveal actual nudity (looks ugly but those are actual part you're seeing.)
