A little bit ago, I was masturbating, going through the motions. Didn't try anything crazy, but did try to tug on my balls before I climaxed. When I tried to tug, I ended up pinching my scrotum, and 3 minutes later, it swelled up like this. Anyone have any idea what this is, or if it's serious enough to see a doctor? Any help's much appreciated.

If you need to ask if it is important enough to see a doctor then you should.
skin cells don't have a lot of options when it comes to damage. pretty much all they can do as a response is swell up. put some savlon or other kind of antiseptic on it (in case the skin is broken), leave it alone and if it's still like that in three days' time, go see a doctor.
