I am working on finding original picture so that i can reverse search it, but sadly its the cover of a gallery that then proceeded to not even have the picture in it .-.

I did some serious digging and found some of what you requested, the pic you posted is from
some russian faggot's twitter, they cut it and kept flipped at that low resolution, so I didn't see that it was a shop.
After searching a lot, I found this, which is what you were looking for, but as you can, it's clearly a shop.
This is the unshopped version. If you reverse search either of them you'll find a billion results on google and probably many more on tineye. Best I could find is that she's some random teen, and it doesn't look like she has other pics.
