images don't even contain sufficient data to show flesh beneath a garment (the pixels are dedicated to the clothing)
even multi-million dollar equipment used in airport security and in hospitals cannot show flesh in any meaningful resolution distinguishable from underlying bone, etc., (and certainly do not discern nipples from the rest of the flesh)
only a complete imbecile fulfills these requests from morons and believes they are revealing flesh beneath a garment

Professional graphic designer here. I've used Adobe Photoshop to diagnose and prevent osteoporosis and spina bifida by revealing bone structure and marrow abnormalities in fully clothed webcam subjects. Next time try doing a little research before shooting your amateur mouth off jackass.
I was hoping someone would call that dick out. X-ray does work on certain clothes by highlighting areas and adjusting shadows, highlights and other aspects to reveal what is beneath. Don't know how it works but we should all just be happy photo shop gives us super powers. Example, no cut and paste. Only color adjustments.
