It's not possible to x-ray through padded clothing such as bikinis. Anything you've seen on the contrary was either a fake, or a piece of clothing you could already see through in the first place.

You're right its usually not possible to xray padded clothing, however not all bathing suits are created equal, and in rare cases you can get something out of it. This happens to be one of those suits. Its not my best work and I could have matched the color better, but there is definitely something to work with
