Individually, it's not possible to x-ray through:
1. Padded clothing such as bras.
2. Multiple layers of clothing.
Let alone both at the same time, as is the case with the pic you posted. Anything you've seen on the contrary was a fake, not an x-ray.

It's there, you can see it plain as day. Those "mesh" patterns over her tits that are obviously not part of the pink dress on top? That's a bra.
Besides if you want a proper Xray done post something bigger than thumbnail quality. HD with at least 1600x1600 pixels. The higher the better. All someone can do now is paste fake tits over the image and make it look like ass.
