Actually, the bubbling stopped because a few anons got arrested. A lot of bubbling created cp and some anons were capturing and forwarding it to the feds and interpol. They look into that stuff and if there is just one created that is underage, your screwed.
Some were purposely planting clothed pics of underage to trap bubblers.
Only a moron would do this anymore given the risk. Just not worth it.

There is a big difference between "fakes" as that is taking the original and publishing some aspect of it which is advertised as being "fake". Fakes do not even infringe on the original owners photo. Often shit posted here is copyright infringement too--another way they sting you when the cp charge doesn't stick. If you don't literally own the original image (many don't who post here), you are committing copyright infringement. Period. That too is a crime.
In contrast, bubbling and xraying do not purport to be fakes, but instead take the original (copyrighted) image in its entirety and, without license from the owner, modify it. In addition, when the image is one of a minor and you remove clothing or claim you are showing parts of them through clothing, you are creating cp. You are claiming that what you are showing is the private parts of a minor. Not knowing it is a 17 year old is no defense.
If you like being buttraped in prison, bubble or xray on 4chan/r. Nobody does this on any other website on the internet for a good reason. I guess 4chaners are just too dumb and think that "anonymous" actually means something. It doesn't.
