I hate it when this happens. It's a video file though, so does anyone know of a tool or program that compiles incomplete videos? Or allows me to watch them? I don't mind some choppy or missing parts, I just want to watch this video!

Try leaving the torrent running for 48hr and see if you make any progress.
I just tried playing a 54% complete video in VLC and it worked fine (well, as fine as you would expect, I just mean it played). It was an mp4.
You could try feeding the file to any video editing programs you have, just to see if they'll take it can you can cut together the complete parts.
