I need a doctors note for 2 days from today, had to leave work on my last point, boss says if I get a "doctor's note" (yes, in quotations) I will be excused, I am kind of sick and have strep but I need something legit looking and good, don't have medical insurance cause it's bullshit, anyways I need 2 copies one for me and one for my sick gf, Let me know if I can get some help? Not good with these sorts of things

My doctor refuses to write adults a "sick note" she says if they need it that bad they can ask her.
