It's fake. The crown is too big and sticks out too far, but more importantly it's quartz. Seiko has made a few quartz watches but this wasn't one of them. Something tells me you already knew this, though, considering the tag in the corner

nvm, i found some on ebay. Seiko 7N43 - 8320. selling on ebay for like $50 :)

7n43 is movement what is in your watch.. if you watch stops when you are not using it inside 2-3 days its probably automatic, and if second hand moves once in second, you can say it's quartz.

Yeah I probably shouldn't have assumed anything, sorry about that. They way I could tell it's quartz is by the "MOV'T JAPAN" at the very bottom of the face, see pic
