it takes 20 min or less to face swap, i go to /hc/ pick something that looks close
put it in photoshop
put face below the hc photo
lower the opacity of above to match size of face
use layer mask to make swap and change brightness and contrast after to match both
if you want good job spend more time while zooming in and doing details with small brush
