Alright /b/, I'm making a nuclear launch prank for my family at the christmas get together. I've already made a FEMA website overlay for those who need extra convincing. However, I'm currently making the Emergency Alert System picture for the text to speech to play over. My problem now is finding the "Tom" voice that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency uses to read the messages out, or even a text to speech voice that resembles it. Anybody wanna help me freak the fuck out of my family? Will record and post it.

They have quite a few and I am sure you can export from their site as mp3.
