Looking for something similar to these animes: Cowboy Bebop, Baccano!, Black Lagoon, Trigun, Ghost in the Shell.
With emphasis on Cowboy Bebop.
Looking for something 'plausible realistic', not magical or 'I am the ultimate chosen one'. (i.e. GitS > Baccano!)
If there has to be magic, I don't mind an itty bitty bit of magic, but anything more than 'Baccano!' and I probably won't get into it.

Gangsta is pretty similar to lagoon, not as good but I personally enjoyed it, English VA is great and the art is awesome.
