No, it's a fake. But a good one. The main thing he did was match the skin tone and he selected a good model who happened to have almost exactly the same hairstyle as the girl posted. All he had to do at that point is to paste her face on....which was also an excellent match with the donor.
Aspiring shoppers could probably learn something about the importance of picking good pics to shop and good donors to use in their fakes.
This shopper always does an outstanding job though, so no surprise.
