Could someone help me, I'm trying to change the light saber from blue to red.
I'd love it if someone didn't just do it but explained how so I could learn to do it myself next time.

Alright since you asked nicely here you go.
As for how to do it, this is SUPER easy since the rest of it is in black and white, you literally just have to change the "hue" value, that controls where on the spectrum all the colours are and shifts them. You can do this with any photo editing software, even those shitty online ones.
If the rest of it were in colour you'd have to isolate the lightsaber and only change that, but it's a moot point here
