it's just 3D renderings, right? the objects are modelled, rendered (with light, depth of field, etc) and the resulting images are probably post processed in some image editor.
there is of course commerical software for this, but you can probably do this in Blender (which is completely free and has a very good community which helps learning this complex piece of software).
