This was an intentional use of tight focus.
The part of the image can't be sharpened into focus because that is the way that it was shot.
Also, her nipple is covered by hair so you aren't missing much.

That's the word i use "blur" because I don;t really know how to write it. I tried with photoshop and made it a little bit more clear, but wanted to ask if someone can do better, I know oyou can't remove it, but when you change the sharpen and other stuff it changes somehow.

you can run an aggressive high-pass filter, but there's only so much you can do. it won't magically create detail that wasn't there to begin with due to the parts being out of focus.
