Found this at work. Anyone recognize the symbols? Or patterns in the text?

The only thing I can really notice is that the 5th word has two repeating letters. To me that would suggest that it is a vowel. (ee or oo)
The same letter shows up as the second letter in the 1st word & the second letter in the 3rd word. The 6th word is the same as the 1st word. I am gonna give it a further look at it to see how many individual letters it uses.
It doesn't look like it has unique symbols for capital letters.

I am starting to wonder is the way the paper was folded has anything to do with this.
I think the folding is random. It was in a wad with "for michael" (my coworkers name) written on it. What im wondering is why half the message is in blue and the other half is black. Is that a response? But if I had to guess I would say it's the same handwriting. Difficult to tell with symbols.

Just picked one at random and didnt check it, it probably uses slighty different encoding.
Doubt my coworker would just tell me haha. Why would the person code it, I dunno. But I can always ask if nobody figures it out first lol
