Can someone really TEACH us hoy to X-ray properly, I am not noob at photoshop but I can't do it as good as some of you guys here.

You really do have to use a version before CS3 for that tutorial.. They changed CS4 and above on how things get edited.. that's why it didn't quite work the way the tutorial said it would.

I have had horrible luck with High Pass Filter on CS6.. I use contrast/brightness along with levels.. after that, I use Gaussian blur along with color balance.. If needed, I will use Burn/Dodge tool to make the nipple stand out more

Why would you use Gaussian Blur for an Xray?
I'm pretty sure all the tutorials that include that are trolls..

Because it becomes too grainy when you try to expose the nipple with contrast / sharpen.. the tiny bit of gaussian blur takes the grains out
