Your name is Bjorn Ironside, and due to some sort of crime, you've landed yourself in Prison. From what you can see around you, there's some tattered brown clothes on you, a chain around your ankle attached to the wall, a candle on the wall next to you, and a guard outside your cell. Your cell is closed off by iron bars.
What do you do?

You mustle yourself up to the bars and start fiddling with your pants, all the while screeching at the guard that you're an innocent man, you cause quite a ruckus.
The guard looks over at you with a startled expression on his face
"My God man... have you gone mad? What the hell is wrong with you?" He says.

Quietly wispier Ronald 7 times whilst looking behind the guard. Then run into the corner of the cell and pretend to do something with something he can't see.

"Ronald... Ronald... Ronald... Ronald... Ronald... Ronald... Ronald..." You mutter quietly, just loud enough so that the guard can hear.
"... What?" He replies, but before you respond, you scurry to the back corner of the cell and start pretending to do something, just out of his view
This arouses his curiosity
"Hey... what the hell are you doing in there, stop that!"
He sticks the key into the cell door and starts to open it. What do you do?

Poop in my right hand if I can distract him and if the poop is hard enough use it as a poo dagger and kill him.

Getting the jump on him before he can reach for his sword, you fling yourself over him with great acrobatics, intending to wrap your leg-chain around his neck and strangle him.
