Yet ANOTHER RISK game, but this time Tamriel Edition!
I will be aiming for an update every 10 minutes. after starting, every ten minutes is 1 round.
If you do not reply to the update before the 10 minutes are up you are skipped, if you are skipped 3 times your nation will be removed from the map and the slot freed up for new players.
Every player starts out with 6 provinces in the beginning, after 5 rounds have passed any new players will get their roll + 6 as their starting provinces.
