Where are they now? Where did all the QM's that dropped from the face of the earth go or why did some quest died suddenly, without warning. This thread is to discuss about QM's and Quests that disappeared without a word and for some QM's to say where have they been. This thread can also be used by missing QM's that were gone recently to say what's been happening with them lately, why their quest has been on hiatus, or why they stopped a quest or QMing. Some questions you may ask:

I was lurking/playing three different fantasy civ quests, the Island serpentfolk, Ancient greek elephantmen, and myceana in a ruined city, which is still in the catalog.
Anyone know if they're dead or if they might reappear?
I miss the Capes of Rain City quest.

I miss HMQ too. Granted, I was a lurker since I was always working when it was running. Would catch the power sperging at the end of threads or sometimes get lucky an he ran a double issue.
The other one I had fun reading was Mortal Kombat Konquest. On hiatus for the time being though.
Just a general fan of super hero and well done world building. Read Banished for a while, but my god....I have never raged so much before.

I got a new work and found a LFGS that had a decent RP side to it (ended up DMing a year long Only-War campaign) wanted to finishCommissar Questbut I think its way to late to restart it now.

The semester started, simply put. I had the desire and a good handful of dedicated, recurring participants, but I can't be fucked trying to keep up a Quest while also worrying about work and school and not neglecting friends.
Always tempted to start a new Quest or revive an old one, but I know in my heart the same problem(s) will come up, eventually. S'hard.

I was QM for Space Quest- the one with shitty drawings done on my phone. It was my first quest and the first thread was moderately successful, but I took like a 2 week break before I did the 2nd thread and I guess people just lost interest. I also had this idea that the story would follow 2 androids who were essentially the same guy, and that there would eventually be like 4-5 androids who had broken the cycle of dying and rebooting on the space station, but I couldn't figure out exactly how I was going to convey that on a Filipino basket-weaving forum.
If I decide to do another quest, I'll probably do a completely different story and also do my drawings with a stylus and tablet rather than with thumbs and phone.
There aren't enough scifi quests here.
Also Wiz Quest was awesome, anyone know what happened with that?

Ah, well it's over now. Been over for a few weeks. Haven't bothered starting a new Quest or restarting an old one 'cause, well, it's been ages since they ended, so I doubt there'd be interest. Hardly worth picking up after so long, anyhow.

Yeah man, I played all of those threads, drew a bunch of pictures for it too. Spoke to the OP in one of these threads before, he got an eye infection and was struggling with screens for the time being. May return though.
Chaos Quest and Knight Order Quest seem to have gone quiet too. Basically all of the quests I posted in and drew for.

Well it's never too late to announce you're back, and if you ever want to do questing again, and don't want a twitter, you can try updating every once and a while on the IRC or discord chat. If people gathered for your first quest then I bet there was interest in your quest that still lingers now.

I think Audit and MAQ are pretty good, both still running by Larro.
Soulmates, Magic Duel Quest, and Save the Princess! are also is popular.
But it all depends on your taste.
