You decide to tell her about the different rebel groups. "The War Hogs vary in hostility. Some of them will attack outsiders on sight. Just make sure that you don't talk about anything that would make you look like you're affiliated with the military or the far right. They tend to be more tolerant of foreigners than the Mimayiks. The Mimayiks are pretty nationalistic but there is not enough of them to make that much of a difference. What you want to be careful of is the Yhmirians. They will kill you if they even have a thought that you might not be a worshipper of Yhmir. Just keep your head and go with whatever they say. Ideally, just try to avoid them." You finish. She appears to be taking mental notes.

It's this goddamn board. It's slow, and good quests die from lack of attention from its generally /b/-tier occupants

well, thank you for contibuting
"Finally, I want to express things to you about the military and far right. Both shouldn't give us to much trouble face to face, but we have a whole different situation at a range. A sniper will think we're rebels, a plane will think we're rebels, a chopper will think we're rebels. Understand that well. When we're near them, they shouldn't give us too much trouble, because I have friends and favors to cash. However, artillery won't hesitate to fire on us if we're in a zone they're shelling. If you see anything like that, get down and stay hidden until the danger passes. Alright, let's get going to the caravan." You get ready to gear up. You get your vest and clip the front and sides of it. You check the clips of the guns your carrying. You make a final check of your backpack. You put your coat on and put on the backpack over that, clipping it in the front. You see the girl also preparing herself. You put the rifle on your back with the strap, and put the revolver in the holster at your side. You check the several grenades on your vest, to make sure they're secured. You are ready to go. You wave for her to follow you, and you leave the room, locking the door as you both are in the hall. As always, you press your hand to the door, and say, "See you in a couple days. No parties okay?" This ritual is more for routine than anything else. You begin walking down the hall towards the stairs, thinking about how you honestly don't know when you'll be back.

You take her down to where the caravan is. The market is starting to thin out in population because the day is ending. You find the group is making final preparations to leave. You check in with the caravan leader and he says that the caravan will leave when the last people get here.

>Talk with guards
You walk up to the guards. You speak to them about their experience. These guys don't screw around. The big one is named Al, and he did a tour with the Albulian Marine Corps. The other notable one was a slender guy named Rick, a former far right fighter. You think you might be able to speak with them about conditions on the border zone.

yeah, i think im gonna call it if its gonna continue like this, my other quest is going a lot better and i think i could just go to that one full time. I might revive this quest soon. I'm gonna start with the caravan leaving if i do though, so then things can actually get underway.
